Ariel Qin
Ariel Qin is a LA based Producer/Director/Production designer.
Her undergraduate studies at California College of the Arts nurtured her strong visual sensibility and creative imagination, while her graduate training at LMU School of Film and Television provided her with a solid foundation in film production.
Ariel’s work centers on female perspectives, exploring the strength and layered beauty of women through cinematic imagery. Her short film Camila follows a young Guatemalan immigrant working as a cleaner in the U.S., while Spring tells the story of three generations of Chinese immigrant women in 1965.
Spring has been officially selected for six film festivals, including Fine Cut Film Festival, LA Shorts International Film Festival, and Burbank International Film Festival.
